Updated Default Position for Sophia Icon

What's new?

The default position of the Sophia icon for new users has moved from the lower right side of the ATS to the lower left. For users who previously moved the icon to any other position (e.g. top right), their selection will remain saved. The icon has also been shifted slightly upward in both lower-corner positions.

Why does it matter?

This update places the Sophia icon where it is most convenient for the majority of users and helps prevent it from covering important buttons or controls in the ATS.

How do I enable this?

This update is automatically available for all customers with access to the Sophia Chat Bot. No configuration is required. Existing users who have previously moved the Sophia icon will keep their saved location.
